Now Augvape fans finally get an ultra-cool mechanical squonk box. With a minimal box mod and a classic Druga RDA, this Augvape Druga 22mm Squonker Kit gets straight to the core of full-flavour squonking! The palm-sized Druga squonk kit can be used to extract premium flavour from single or dual DIY coil builds.

Even the minimal packaging makes a forceful statement about Augvape’s Druga mini squonking kit. Although the mod’s satin-finish plastic case features a stylish, CNC engraved ‘Augvape’ logo, the mod’s overall design follows the current trend for no-frills, high-conductivity squonking.

The Druga squonk mod is powered by a single 18650 battery (not included in the kit). A simple Ultem push-button brings a spring-steel strip into contact with the 510 squonk connector. The whole Druga concept is to avoid any electrical resistance that might restrict the voltage applied to the RDA.

Alongside the battery, is a 5ml capacity squonk bottle. Again, the Druga squonk mod’s e liquid feed system follows a standard design. The bottle is made from tinted polythene, offering just enough resistance to allow precise control of e juice delivery to the build deck. A square cut-out in the mod’s front panel makes it easy to squeeze the bottle with a finger or thumb.

The Gold-plating on the Druga RDA’s build-deck isn’t just there for show. As well as remaining untarnished, Gold is also a superior electrical conductor. This is another feature which helps to achieve a hard, responsive hit. The Druga RDA’s deck has two round posts – each with a combined thumb-screw and Philips-head clamp. Most folks will find it easy to clamp down single, or dual coil builds, without having to depend on a screwdriver. If you do opt to build in single coil format, the Druga kit comes with an Ultem stopper to close-off the unused side of the deck.

With it’s simple, adjustable side airflow, the tiny 22mm Druga RDA punches above its weight when it comes to cloud and flavour. The Druga squonker’s skeletal design, combined with the low electrical resistance of the Gold-plated deck, helps to deliver an instant hard-hit.
