NiteCore UM20 Dual Battery Charger

If you use a mod with dual batteries, an external battery charger is usually a safer and more reliable option. When connected to a USB power source, the Nitecore UM20 Dual Battery Charger handles fast, intelligent charging of single or dual rechargeable batteries. With 2 adjustable battery slots, the UM20 can handle 18650, 14500 and 18350 cells, along with many other rechargeable battery types for vaping mods and e-pipes.

The Nitecore UM20 charger comes with a removeable USB power cable. The charger will automatically adjust charging to match the output power of the mains adapter (not supplied) or other USB power source.

At the top of the UM20 dual battery charger you’ll find a multi-function LCD screen. As well as showing a graphic ‘bar’ image of the battery levels for each slot, the screen also displays charging progress as a percentage. The screen also shows the status of the UM20’s USB output connection.

If you have another mod or phone with a mini USB connection and cable, the UM20 dual charger can be used for ‘pass-through’ charging and data transfer. The pass-through cable is plugged into a discreet USB port in the back of the charger. If your power source has an output lower than 1 Amp, a special USB Priority switch on the top edge of the charger can be used to set charging priority. Simply decide whether you want the batteries or external device to be charged first. If your USB power source can deliver 1 Amp or more, the UM20 will charge the batteries in the slots and the external device simultaneously.

Nitecore have designed the UM20’s battery charging bay to sit on top of a built-in, non-slip pedestal. For tidy storage, the UM20 dual charger’s power input cable can be neatly wrapped around the pedestal.
